Children’s Ministries Classroom Cleaning: Lifegroups are needed to help clean and reorganize classrooms in the C-Wing. Opportunities are available and can be scheduled by appointment. A staff member will be present to provide direction and supervise the lifegroup.
Serving Uganda Together: Maybe you have always wanted to serve in Africa but aren’t able to travel with the team. If your lifegroup is still looking for a way to Serve together the Uganda mission team has an incredible opportunity for your group to make a difference in the lives of orphans. Here’s how. Your group can sponsor one of 80 orphan homes in Uganda by providing new clothes for 10-12 kids. You can also send letters and pictures to the orphan home you are sponsoring. Our Uganda team will personally deliver the clothes to the home during their trip in June. To get a list of the kids names, ages, and sizes for your group to get started simply email mark@ukids.com or susan@ukids.com. Your group can make a lasting impact on the lives of kids across the globe this season.
Saturday Outdoor Work Projects: Saturday April 21st, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. 10-15 people needed to help at HV Campus with work projects outside with the facilities team. Lunch is provided. This can be anything from weeding to painting to other large work projects.
Sandy Campus Build-outs: Abundant Life Church need your help with tenant improvements to the building that the Sandy Campus uses. Every Wednesday evening from 6:00 – 8:30 PM and every Saturday from 8:00 AM – Noon, we will be working. The build is broken down into many small projects. Just show up with a desire to do anything that you are capable of doing to serve the Lord during this build out. Address for the Sandy Campus is 16633 Champion Way, Sandy. It’s right by the movie theater.
